Introduction to Paris, France
Also known as the City of Love, Paris is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in the world. As the capital of France, it holds the biggest population in the country, over 2.1 million inhabitants, overtaking Marseille, the second biggest French city by almost 1.3 million. It has become the one of the main hubs for finance, fashion and culture in Europe. Its Fashion Weeks, museums and architecture are some of the most iconic in the world. Not only that, it is the also second most expensive city to live in, tailing closely behind Singapore. Like the English, French are highly invested in their football and the capital is proud to be the home to the champion team in France, Paris Saint-Germain. As one can expect, French is the dominant language in the city but you can just about get around with speaking in English only.

Meet our Paris Discoverers
I have now been living in Paris for almost half a year and I fall in love with the city more and more each day. Every time I get a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, I am still in awe and disbelief that I get to call this city home.
